google jea..bkn tas pngalaman sndiri k. hehehe.. poyo cm wat sndiri plak rse..
- basuh ayam shingga bersih dan toskan..
- tumbuk suma bahan2 tdi shingga hancur(serbuk) dan lumurkan pada ayam. perap selama 20minit. lagi lama lagi sedap kot.. hehe
- panaskn minyak. dan sementara menunggu...lumurkn asam jawa tdi pda ayam
- goreng shingga kehitaman (bkn hangut k) hehe... wane itam tu disebabkn oleh asam jawa tdi.
- angkat dan toskn minyak (p/s : minyak mengemuk kn!) haha..
dan hasil nya...
